The name Agnes originates in the fond memories our founder has of her Great Auntie Agnes. A Northern-Irish ‘bad lass’ who played by her own rules. Agnes was always the energy in the room, bringing her street smarts and bombastic charisma wherever she went.
Just like Auntie Agnes, we’re true to ourselves, trust our gut and don’t take things too seriously. 
 
Our core values fit into three categories; Integrity, Collaboration and Fun. Integrity is number one and we push to maintain honesty and transparency, not just with our clients but also with one another. 
 
We work in partnership with our clients - as part of their team without barriers or middlemen. At Agnes we have no allegiance to products, publishers or any other agenda other than delivering great work.

Our Founder

Charlotte (Char) is the Owner and Director, and proud niece of Aunty Agnes! Char has a wealth of experience leading and managing the paid media management for brands including L’Oreal, Volkswagen, Qantas, and Optus, among many other Enterprise and Small to Medium Businesses.

Char has worked in both agencies and client-direct roles, in Sydney and Dubai driving projects and campaigns across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

She launched Agnes Media in 2020 with the goal of driving growth for businesses in both local and global markets with a focus on measurement. She loves working with both large and small companies and assisting with overcoming key challenges and surpassing client expectations along the way.
